European style Chefs knife

This is a 7″ Integral European Chef’s knife. It is made from Confetti pattern Damascus steel. This is a mix of 1075 & L6 steels. The handle pins are made from radial pattern Damascus steel. The handle is African Blackwood and has been stabilised.
